About Our Fees

We always tailor our services to your specific needs and unique situation. To determine how much the cost is likely to be, we first of all assess with you the type of service you want and need.

If it is unclear at the outset what will be involved, we will work with you to review your case, whether that be remotely on assessment of documentation or in a telephone attendance or in an in-person meeting. For our initial review a payment on account is required. This starts at £1,000 plus VAT but is very much enquiry dependent.

Following our review, we make a full assessment of the case and then provide you with a costs estimate. We use the standard hourly rates for the Solicitor or other Lawyer assigned to your case along with the nature of the case and details of reasonably predictable disbursements (external expenses such as fees of a Barrister or Expert, should they be required) to calculate an estimate for the case that you are instructing us to advise you on.

The charge out rates for our Apprentice Solicitors / Solicitors range between £147 to £410 per hour plus VAT, depending on their experience and seniority. Our rates are reviewed in May of each year.
